Breaking existing barrier and creating the relationship of open kitchen and living room, we present the amazing space via moderate area plan.
We hope to have a wide-open space which is larger than 90 square meters in the first place when you walk in. By the time clients walk in to the area, the first picture jumps into their head is an elegant and tranquil domain. Clients would discover the exquisite taste of 金地 and 悅華璽 and embark on next chapter.
We would like to break out the limitation from original space. By an image wall to combine the space on right and left sides. Straight cutting lining on white marble wall to create a clean and efficient entrance.
On the left side, it’s a multifunctional space; we hide equipment underneath grill door in the kitchen, also plan thick and thin stone grille on living room wall. By different material but same lining design to broke the demarcation of living room and kitchen. We also apply different materials on the ground to enrich the space.
Short TV wall with a glass cabinet is separate living room and mater bed room, even though here’s a wall, you still can feel the space is open.
In the bathroom, we use different material lining on the glass sliding door and screen which is correlated our main design language. Different proportion lining cutting to combine stone and metal on sink, you can find the craft detail everywhere.
Extending the design language by different material from public to private area, grille lining to make a simple life style, we hope when people walk into here can feel it’s a huge and flexible space.
