The householder is an entrepreneur living in the USA, who desires to give his family a stable, quiet, and elegant residence. Located by the banks of the Xindian River, this remodeling project has broad horizons as it's on the 22nd floor of the building. In other words, this site can be called a Pure Land in a flourishing city, which meets the owner's requirements for a private residence.

Based on the main concept, this remodeling project aims to build a private Shangri-La that is unique, peaceful, and away from the hustle and bustle. For example, the natural textures of the solid wood and marble showcase the inartificial details that make people feel peaceful and comfy. Such plans and arrangements do not just bring the advantages of decorative materials into play but deserve a careful look.
