The house owner couple, the proprietor of the traditional industry, is retired. Their son and daughter work in the USA currently. The owner's starting point is valuing and being grateful for what they have. They purchase this house that sits on a higher floor of the building. The renovating idea for this project is low profile as the owner wants to let their children know how parents stay true to themselves. This house is a multi-functional place. For instance, it could be a house for a family reunion when the owner's children return to Taiwan. It could be a private relaxing place for the owner couple to spend their weekends here. It'll be the exclusive home for their daughter as soon as she settles down in Taiwan in the future.
