Family provides the most primitive and close experience for people, which is the relatively entrusted emotion derived from activities in life; the original practice of inferring things is based on activities and emotions, including the spirit and will activities of human. People should learn to search for beauties from worthless objects.
Art creation often starts with the perception for objects or spiritual entrust, a type of indulgence in aesthetics, which not only applies to literature but also design.
This work copies the perception for space and life, and nostalgia thorough movement, proportion and vision. These elements form the characteristics of “family,” providing more profound sensation and memories to people. Such division of perfect proportion creates the design concept gathering aesthetics, art and multiple context in “space is the visual result.”
Composition, Inheritance
The design team establishes the spatial sequence, scale, display, color, lighting, materials, and a series of visual experiences for the house, transiting through layers from outside in, shaping the expectation for returning home and stability.
The design and extension of vision cohere to the future of life, which not only interprets humanity and culture but also extends the design ideas and existing image. Lines are employed to transform the objects into rough outline, a geometrical ratio that exists only in emotion and lighting and shadow phenomenon, which develops a calm, subtle and saturated perception. The back wall of the living room is divided and decomposed in proportion of 4:2:3 to break away from the handling approach with traditional lines and dimension. The wall interprets the visual and perceived image after extracting aesthetics upgrade. The public-area façade is divided by material, using the 1:4 division proportion to extend from the living room to the dining room magnifying horizontally and connecting spatial extension. The layout and lighting arrangement together form the consecutive and abundant visual layers in the space.

The dining room creates visual and spatial scalability through linear design syntax to balance the requirement of substantive space and persistence in the essence of space.
